We will strive to work for capacity building of the KP community and reduce its reliance on aide and help from government agencies as well as others. We will encourage the young generations to reduce their dependence on government and out of home jobs and thus arrest the trend that is threatening the very existence of the community, the constantly increasing outflow of younger generations leading to the drastic reduction in our already very thin numbers in our home state. We will go all out for the skill development of the general youth and lure them to the noble initiative of make in India program of the government. We will encourage entrepreneurship to overcome the huge problem of unemployment here. We are already working in close coordination with like minded people in the field and have a tie up with a skills and entrepreneurship development Trust registered in Jammu, KJKNT.
